Trades Day Coordinator & Chamber Board Member
A devoted Chamber volunteer for three years, Amanda currently serves as Trades Day Coordinator & Chamber Board Member and previously served three years as Secretary. She splits her professional energy between healthcare and small business: she works full-time as a Community Liaison for Vineyard Home Health, and she owns A.L. Vinyl, a downtown Ferris shop.
At Vineyard Home Health, Amanda assists community members and professionals with education, resources, and support—connecting people to care and helping them navigate next steps. At A.L. Vinyl, she offers custom work including T-shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, decals, business logos, banners, window decals, cups, car decals, custom gifts, promotional items, blank apparel, yard signs, sublimation products, and more—everything local businesses need to stand out.
“As a small business owner here in Ferris, I wanted to advocate for our local business community,” Amanda shares. She loves working side-by-side with business owners, the City, and community partners to bring Ferris together. She believes the Chamber’s biggest contribution is promoting local businesses and bringing more shoppers into town to keep doors open. Day to day, she supports Ferris companies by shopping local, attending events, sharing and tagging posts on social media, and referring residents (and neighboring-city visitors) to Ferris businesses.
Outside of work, Amanda enjoys time with family and friends—anything from outdoor activities to craft projects and spontaneous adventures. She’s deeply involved in volunteer efforts around Ferris and surrounding areas; “my passion is working and helping people.” She also pursues ongoing learning—always looking for trainings and programs to grow personally and professionally.
